i am 18 years old and i have a max length of 3 inches when erect. I feel very insecure about this and i have lost many girlfriends due to this problem. Atleast 3 times they have went to go down on me and they were not impressed. One even asked me when i was goign to get hard, when i had a raging hard on. Unless you take the surgical route, your all out of luck. Pills, pumps, creams etc won't work.
EDIT: People here will tell you to take them, but ignore them. I've seen many documentaries over the years where people have tryed all of these methods and have failed.
These's companies which sell the pills and other stuff are only out there to rip you off.

The pills don’t work….all of those pill companies are getting sued.
I know of some exercises that a man used to bring his penis from around three inches to almost six inches

There are no pills or methods to increase the size. Mine stopped growing at 19 and is 4 3/4 inches.
