Why does my penis head becomes weird shaped during intercourse, why ?

FYI - I am circumcised

Im not a person who has sex that often, but i have noticed lately that when I have sex, the head of my penis turns weird as if it has adjusted into the shape of the condom, and it hurts too. so i have to wait till my penis turns flaccid. Am I doing something wrong ?
