5-6inches is average for someone who is done growing. So if you are around there then you are just fine. If you are smaller than that then you are a bit below average.
the average size is 5.0-6.5 inches long and 3.5-5.0 around for a fully grown male so for a 16 year old (im also 16 btw) is probably about 4.5-6.0 inches long and 3-4.5 inches around.

Why? Size doesn’t really matter if you really understand the anatomy of a vagina. Only one third of the vagina is filled with nerve endings & two thirds of it has nothing. So if you penetrate deeper into the vagina because of your long penis , not much good or pleasure is there for both parties.
