exercise your muscle. when your peeing try and stop the flow and then continue it and do it several times, you can also exercise while sitting down or basically anywhere, just exercise the muscles
im not sure if tightening will make a difference for u, but it may for him. But to tighten down there u can do the lil excersize. all u have to do is from time to time is squeeze down there and then release like u have to pee…u know what my gmom always told me, use a thighmaster, use the instructions on how to use it, that will help tighten ur muscles down there
