I was wondering if there are any STDs/STIs or any other infections that you can catch from mutual masturabtion? If so, how can you decrease your chances of this happening?

You can risk catching almost anything if you come in contact with another person's sexual fluids. If you're just using your hands, make sure you don't touch your face or anything until you've thoroughly washed up. To really be safe, have the guy wear a condom.
