its like extra skin right below the head. its not even and inch long and its kind of like a fold…
does it mean i should have a circumcision?

No you’re perfectly healthy and normal. i wouldn’t suggest getting circumcised at your age. its normally done at birth. but it is possible if it is making you uncomfortable or anything like that. although it would be painful, and the pain would remain until it has healed.

this sounds like the frenulum, and it is normal. Its what holds your foreskin to your penis. If it helps you conceptualize this, you have another frenulum underneath your tongue that holds your tongue to the bottom of your mouth. You definitely don’t need a circumcision. -Neb

Could be your frenulum which is normal. Or do you mean foreskin overhang? Also normal.

you are too old to get it done. you should have done it when you were born. take advice from the doc, if he suggests its gonna be okay, then go ahead because it helps you to be away from diseases .
