Two reasons:
1) Because you’ve been taught since childhood to connect a sense of shame to your feelings of sexuality. Don’t be ashamed to start unlearning that.
2) The 10-minute downer is a hormonal dip. An orgasm floods the system with powerful brain chemicals, so-called “natural drugs,” many of which are chemically similar to some drugs.
