Yesterday I was with my partner and he was fingering me and such. It hurt a little but not too bad. Later on, I noticed that my vagina hurt but mostly my clit. Also, my clitoris swelled quite a bit. This has never happened. I’m wondering if I should get it checked out or just ice it and let it go away naturally. It scares me a little. It could be an infection or it could just be irritated though.
Oh and also, it already feels a lot better a day later and the swelling has gone down.

it was probably just over-stimulated. it should go away but if it doesn’t in a week or so you may to get it checked out.

give it some time, take some painkillers but unless you have strange discharge or other bad things like gross smells, its probably not infected…if you have any of those, talk to your gyno

he probably just scratched you with his finger nail, wait a couple of days before jumping to any conclusions. It would be extremely difficult to get an infection from fingering, but just in case, have him wash his hands and cut his fingernails before your next session

If its already feeling better you are probably okay! I know its scary down there sometimes
be sure your partner’s hands are clean each time and if you feel discomfort during, let them know, those are not parts you want hurting to much.
