It isn’t that simple as to say he’s gay, bi, or straight.
Some women are attracted to men, but don’t like penises so they like transsexuals. Some people are attracted to animals, and some people to objects. Then there are those who are attracted to people with no sexual organs.
Of course, they are so much more less common and we don’t have a thousand terms for them like we do for gay people. So they are less heard of.
If he was masturbating to a man, then I could say he has attracted to men. But since it’s transsexuals, maybe he’s attracted to that?

No, it does not mean he is gay. He may be, but that is not a defining factor. He may be bisexual or bi-curious, after all he apparently is interested in women.
Then again, maybe he just has a fetish for transsexuals.

let us start with the basics;
Is he paying to talk/chat with a ts? If so it is likely this person is not a true transsexual woman. We are not in this for sex and $/. A shemale is, however, into that genre. A shemale is just that a male! A real true or primary transsexual woman is not a fetish nor would she even desire to use her pre-operative genitalia at all. He is quite possibly gay as only gay men are attracted to shemales. He may be bisexual or pansexual as well. A real transsexual woman is and always has been a female and anyone attracted to one would not desire their original genitals whatsoever otherwise they are attracted to them for the wrong reasons.
