My 16 year old brother, Andy, is like so addicted to watching porn and masturbation even though he interacts well with the opposite sex, has a girlfriend and a sports person. I told him to like hang out with his buddies/girlfriend or go to an arcade.
But he wants to know is there any other way(s) he can control himself and steer away from this addiction?

He has a girlfriend ,so I think the answer is in front of him.
Why imagine or look at a photo of a bottle of wine when you have access to one that you can open and enjoy lol

He's 16, that can be a normal part of growing up. He'll naturally stop doing this as much when he gets older, However if he is favouring masturbation over sex with a partner this can be an indication of Psychopathological issues which may need to be addressed.
