That would be an incredibly bad thing to do. There will still be some sperm left on the tip of your penis and in your urethra which is more than enough to impregnate the woman.

Yes you can get pregnant from that. The leftover semen on the tip of his penis can still get into your vagina and impregnate you.

yes! And then you also have pre-cum if he was about to orgasm again. So I wouldn’t advise it unless you want a baby!

The answer is yes. You can never be sure that all of the semen is gone so that the best bet is always wear a condom when you have intercourse. One thing that helps is if the man pees after he ejaculates, he *probably* will clear out semen left in the urethra, but there’s no guarantee. As for semen on the side of the penis, use a warm soapy washcloth and then rinse.
