i have some very small red rash like bumps on my penis after having sex with my girlfriend?

about 2 weeks after haveing sex with my girlfriend i started to have these red rash like bumps on my penis but she doesnt have any std's and it was my first time and she has only had sex with one other guy. some of the bumps disapeared with the use of anit-fungal cream. she had sex with the other guy bout 5 months ago and didnt use protection and i didnt use any either so i need to no what these small bumps are.

      You need to see a doctor.

      I doubt that anti-fungal cream had anything to do with taking your bumps away. Gonorrhea will go away if not treated but it will come back to haunt you and cripple you. I suggest you go see a doctor.
