I cut my penis shaft while shaving, how do i speed up the healing process?

I was shaving and I cut a small area on the shaft of my penis. It is really frustrating because whenever I get an erection or rub it against anything the scab opens back up again and it gets just a little bit larger every time. I have completely avoided touching or doing anything at this point. I used some Salicylic Acid on it to dry it out real fast to create another scab. Does anyone know how to increase the healing process after it scabs up or anything at all?

      Neosporin will help and use peroxide nothing else as often as possible.
