How do I treat a cut penis hole? What is the expected healing time?

I accidentally cut my boyfriends top penis and a little into his penis hole with my nail. My finger slipped and cut across the top of his penis and then into the hole. It bled a lot. He went all white and felt nauseas. He is better now but is really sore and hurts when he urinates. Is this just a minor flesh wound or should he go to the doctors. Also is there a cream I can apply. Has this happened to anyone? I feel terrible and can not imagine the pain. The wound opens up each time he urinates, does this make the healing process slower?
Any advice would help!

      If he’s still feeling ill take him to the ER. Couldn’t hurt. Otherwise get him to check it out at a doctor’s asap.
