How do I deal with post-sex/masturbation sleepiness?

Ive noticed that after sex i feel sleepy (which I know is normal) but is there any way to combat the sleepiness or do I just have to deal with it? Playing Xbox after sex is hard :(

      why can t you just go to sleep after sex? i just lie back and snooze…best way. no cuddling for me, just sleep.

      Take a nap. That’s the only tried and tested method to combat post-coital sleepiness.
