I've seen one once, but on video, he/she explains his/her problem, shows his/her body and all you can imagine, but I want to clear it's not a porno video.
Later a doctor says that it's a genetic problem, cause of taking drugs, and even making the love a lot when the baby stills inside the mother.

The majority of shemales are transsexuals . . . men who have the mentally of females and some visa-versa. Majority of them are on hormonal treatment to give them breasts . . . while the natural equipment . . . the penis is still there.
The smaller group of shemales are hermaphrodites . . . they are people born with both genitalia. Usually one set is fully operational . . . while the other is nonfunctioning. There have been some cases where both sets of genitalia are operational . . . but they have never been able to procreate (to my knowledge). I believe . . . if you believe in the evolution of man . . . this will be the next step . . . no more sexes just one.
