Other than the danger of accidental drowning, using the faucet to masturbate is pretty risk free. These people are the reason why there are directions on cans of soup that say “1. Open can.” As with anything, exercise common sense and you should be safe.

If you do experience discomfort it may be that the water is too hot or too cold. You may have gotten soap on some sensitive area that really doesn’t like soap. Also, don’t expect unlimited amounts of orgasms. While its true that women are blessed with multiple orgasms, even this has its limit. Your clitoris could experience tenderness or discomfort if you ask too much of it. Or it may be that you just don’t get that big a thrill from this form of self love. That’s nothing to be concerned about. Some people don’t like pickles on their sandwiches — its all a matter of preference.

If you are experiencing pain, or unusual and prolonged discomfort, it could be a sign of some unrelated medical condition and you should make an appointment with your gynecologist post-haste.
