No vaginal sex (a boy inserting a penis into a girls vagina) is the only way to loose your virginity. Your hymen could be broken by a tampon, a douche, or even a fall or from playing sports. Just because your hymen in no longer in tact doesn't mean you are not a virgin though.
well, be careful not to get to excited with douche! I am not sure why you are using it, but it doesnt matter. losing virginity medically means tearing hymen, which is partially covers vagina. It could be torn by other objects too. usually virgins have bleeding when they have sex first, so if you bleed by using douche, you lost your virginity , and more likely your future partner will be able to tell you did something. to me… losing your virginity means having sex. like having a PENIS in you, not a tampon or some other weird object.
