Masturbation has nothing to do with proteinuria. You’re looking at renal problems, not your sex drive.

No — who on earth tried to give you that idea?

Proteinuria (protein in the urine) is caused by kidney and heart problems, and often related to diabetes (the simple short explanation). Neither kidney OR heart problems are caused or worsened by masturbation, no matter how excessive. In fact, masturbation might (though this is speculative) reduce the risk of heart disease marginally, by providing a sort of weak cardio-vascular workout.

Masturbation is normal, natural, healthy — and its frequency is not “excessive” but rather determined by the male’s needs and genetic propensities.

I have friends who either masturbate or have sex between 4 and 8 times a day. I have no hope of completing (or wanting) more than 2 or at the most 3 — that doesn’t make them compulsive or excessive — nor does it make me deficient — it simply indicates that our genes are different.

Don’t worry about things like this, you can’t damage yourself by masturbating, do it all you want - its good for you and totally harmless — health-wise the ONLY health effects are positive, such as a reduced chance of prostate cancer.

      Kind thoughts,

      Hermes

no it has no symtoms it is not the most healthy thing you can do because it lowers your defence cells and you are more likely to get sick. because your white blood count is low.your body has to produce more sperm to store and that is what makes you weak but if you do masterbate remerber to drink pleanty of fluids.

no. protenuria is caused by other stuff, such as kidney failure. It has nothing to do with masturbation.
