As defined by law rape or sexual assault is a result of exchange or contact with out consent or ability to give consent, and offenders have been convicted of rape under both of the following.
1. A women gave motioned with head to get off!
2. A women told her husband to stop after they started and he kept going.
3. A women passed out from drugs during sex and the man did not stop.
Many women I know lose control of their body during orgasm so could they use this in a civil case against a porn producer or wealthy lover?
