18cm when hard is pretty big for a 14 year old, so chances are you might have reached a large size at an early age. Lucky you when you undress in the locker room, you will definitely be a show-er!

At any rate, yes, you’re a little bit above average when hard, but you’re perfectly in the normal range when soft. All told, most guys, by the time they’ve finished puberty, end up between 5.5 inches and 7.5 inches (that’s erect, by the way.)

yeah, that seems kinda high for a 14yr old… are you sure you didnt boost it up a notch? i didnt exactly measure mine, but i would say its about 5in. WHEN erect.. so idk, (im14 too). I dont know why there are people that come on saying “my penis is (4+ inches) is that big? well for 14, if its 4.. when your not hard thats pretty big on its own… but that can depend on how much your penis grows when hard.. some people get 1-4in bigger..
