Could possibly be a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection). They are very common in cavies, since they’re so low to the ground. You should take her to the vet ASAP.
have you changed its diet or where its cage is if so i would go back to how it use to be and if you are not properly cleaning the cage that could cause some sort of virus or infection. i would take it to the vet just to be safe.
